Born curious and driven by a love for adventure.

I specialize in capturing raw, authentic moments in alpine sports, landscapes, wildlife, and lifestyle photography. For me, it’s not just about taking pictures—it’s about sharing the adventure, the challenge, and the beauty of the world that often goes unnoticed. Whether I’m photographing people pushing their limits or quiet moments in nature, I aim to tell stories that connect with others on a deeper level.

My work is driven by the desire to spark a sense of adventure and inspire others to see the world around them in a new way. Every image I capture invites others to appreciate the little things—the beauty in the mountains, the courage in a person’s passion, or the unique moments in wildlife. Photography for me is about creating something that resonates with people, making them feel connected to the world in a way they may not have before.

I first picked up a camera in high school when I decided to take a photo class. My parents bought me a simple camera kit, and I spent hours wandering around my Ohio neighborhood, taking pictures of anything that caught my eye. What started as a hobby quickly grew into something more when my teacher encouraged me to enter a college photography competition—and I won. That moment was the spark that ignited my passion for capturing meaningful moments and telling stories through photos.

Throughout college, I continued to invest in photography as a hobby while I was studying Advertising. I spent almost all of my money on camera gear and dedicated countless hours carrying heavy gear around, taking pictures, and editing. I was fortunate enough to be friends with daring, outdoorsy people that allowed me to photograph amazing trips to build my portfolio. After graduating from the University of Colorado in Boulder, I decided to take a leap and pursue photography full-time, knowing it was the one thing that made me feel truly connected to the world around me. Now, I focus on capturing the moments that bring me the most joy—those that allow me to share my sense of adventure, the beauty of nature, and the authenticity of life with others.

More About my Photography Journey

When I'm not behind the camera—though photography often finds its way into my hobbies—you’ll most likely find me outdoors. Whether I’m climbing, skiing, camping, hiking, or traveling, my adventures change with the seasons. I grew up in Ohio, and honestly, I never realized how much of an outdoor person I was until I moved to Colorado. That said, I also love a good night of building Legos, watching movies, or playing games with the people I care about. But what I treasure most is connecting with others while doing all of these things. It’s those meaningful connections that make life richer and more enjoyable.

I have a 3-year-old dog named Moose who’s my loyal companion through all of life’s adventures and curveballs. He’s been learning the ropes of joining me on my outdoor journeys and, without a doubt, he’s the goodest boy there is.
